- Handle the complete Open Enrollment process

- Review implementation of any applicable changes to benefit plan
- Discuss any administration questions/concerns to date
- Review & discuss REAL call log
- Distribute quarterly newsletters
- Present claims reports (100+ employees)

Monthly
- Provide updates on any pertinent legislative issues
- Review billing for accuracy
- Assist with new employee orientations

Daily
- Educate employees on the features of their benefit plans
- Answer any employee questions pertaining to benefit plans, claims coverage, ID cards, legislative issues, etc.
- Provide administrative support as well as answer questions regarding enrollment forms, claims forms & where to send bills, etc.
- Act as your advocate with the insurance carrier with claims and potential appeals
- Provide assistance with plan enrollment and termination
