Current Career Opportunities:


Payroll / HR Generalist
Purpose: Purpose: The Payroll/HR Generalist performs payroll administration and processing and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, recruiting, employment law compliance, and benefits administration.

Job Duties:

  • Administer bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees
  • Assist with new hire process and maintenance of personnel files
  • Process background checks and manage drug free workplace program
  • Respond to unemployment claims and assist in preparing testimony for appeals hearings
  • Assist with benefits services such as open enrollment meetings, employee questions, file maintenance, etc.
  • Create and maintain written employment policies
  • Screen, interview and recruit candidates to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree; will consider experience in lieu of education
  • 2+ years Payroll and HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least one payroll platform
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Salary:               $35 – $45k

Human Resources Generalist
Purpose: The HR Generalist performs various duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, recruiting, employment law compliance and benefits.

Job Duties:

  • Investigates and responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, discrimination and/or harassment allegations
  • Responds to unemployment claims and assists in preparing testimony for appeals hearings
  • Develops and facilitates training programs
  • Assists with benefits services such as open enrollment meetings, employee questions, file maintenance, etc.
  • Screens, interviews and recruits candidates to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree; will consider experience in lieu of education
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding customer service skills
Benefits Specialist
Purpose: Administer, maintain and process benefit plans

Job Duties:

  • Process insurance enrollments, changes, terminations on-line, via fax, etc. with carriers
  • Prepare enrollment/term/change reports for clients
  • Reconcile monthly invoices
  • Maintain benefit files and materials including enrollment kits for each client
  • Field, log and follow-up on incoming calls from employees for assistance with benefit questions including claims, coverage, enrollment, status changes, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute enrollment materials
  • Handle group enrollment meetings
  • Assist with COBRA and HIPAA administration
  • Act as liaison between client and carriers
  • General administrative duties such as typing correspondence, mailings, faxing, etc.

Requirements:

  • BA /BS or equivalent; HR degree
  • MS Word and Excel
  • Customer Service skills
  • Familiar with Section 125, HIPAA, ERISA
  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Group benefits, insurance, or Customer Service Rep from insurance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly detailed and organized
Account Managers (GA, TN, NC, SC, FL)
Purpose: Develop new business by selling REAL Benefit Broker services and REAL HR services
Requirements:
  • Accident & Sickness License
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years professional sales experience OR
    • 3+ years as Insurance Agent OR
    • 5+ years HR Consulting Professiona
