  • Review billing for accuracy
  • Assist with new employee orientations


  • Educate employees on the features of their benefit plans
  • Answer any employee questions pertaining to benefit plans, claims coverage, ID cards, legislative issues, etc.
  • Provide administrative support as well as answer questions regarding enrollment forms, claims forms & where to send bills, etc.
  • Act as your advocate with the insurance carrier with claims and potential appeals
  • Provide assistance with plan enrollment and termination
